Chinewrde Morris Dancers are a North West clog side with an energetic and precise dancing style. The side numbers over 20 dancers,
with a strong band including melodeons, saxophones, drums, flutes and accordion.

Hello and Welcome! We meet on Wednesday nights in Kenilworth and to teach and practice dances at all levels. You should know a few things about us before you consider joining. The minimum age for dancing out is 16. We don’t have an upper age limit - so long as you match our acclaimed style of energetic and precise dancing! We’ll help you achieve this at the practices every Wednesday night and, when the foreman decides you’re ready, you’ll be invited to sort out your kit, including the purchase of clogs, and then join us for our first dance of the season. Money, Money, Money Each season Chinewrde members elect one or two charities to benefit from their fundraising efforts. Usually these resonate in a personal way for one or more of our members. Chinewrde’s charity for 2012 is Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance. Funds raised come from donations made by the public at our performances, and specific fundraising activities. |
